The Black Educators Association (BEA) encourages African Nova Scotians to apply for its 2018-19 BEA bursary. The mission of the BEA is to monitor and ensure the development of an equitable education system so that African Nova Scotians are able to achieve their maximum potential.
The Delmore “Buddy” Daye Learning Institute (DBDLI) has launched the African Nova Scotian History Challenges for all students and classes in Nova Scotia. Submissions to the Challenges are being accepted until Feb. 10, 2018 by mail only so get your entry in ASAP!
