Bus Stuck at Turnaround Spot
This morning, bus 283 got stuck in a turnaround spot on Upper Branch Road. This bus serves New Germany Elementary School and New Germany Rural High School. A spare bus came to pick up the students and bring them on to school. Families of students travelling on this bus were contacted directly.
School Closures
All SSRCE schools are closed today (Mon. Feb. 14/22) due to inclement weather.
Bus Incident Route 282
Route 282 (driver Amanda Trethewey) slid off the road this morning while bringing students to West Northfield Elementary School. There are no injuries and everyone is safe.
