BES Students Will Return to Flourishing Garden

Last June, students in the Bridgewater Elementary School Garden Club, under the direction of Alexa Camp and Melanie Cousin, planted a “veggie garden”. Excellent learning opportunities, tilling, planting and eventually harvesting in will happen in September. Some of the produce will be used for meals offered in the BES cafeteria…Squash Soup anyone?

In anticipation of the new South Queens Middle School opening, the Transportation Department has completed a full route review for the South Queens busing system. Changes will be in effect for the 2013-14 school year, and will include Liverpool Regional High School, Dr. JC Wickwire Academy, South Queens Middle School and Mill Village Consolidated.
