The Human Resources Department of the South Shore Regional School Board strives to ensure we attract and retain qualified and committed staff members who help students achieve success in their academic pursuits. The department provides recruitment services, labour relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Wellness initiatives and employee benefits assistance to more than 550 teaching staff and over 400 support positions.
